  1. That’s a fascinating vista, I like how the natural landscape suddenly merges into the manmade landscape in the middle of the scene, and how the dark clouds seem to open up into a brighter sky along the same split. Superb image!


  2. Echo Andy’s comments entirely. A strangely compelling view. I love the different angles of the terrain and textures…and the colours/light and shade. What I find most interesting is that the scene has a kind of miniaturised feel…as if it’s a diorama. Plus the quarry! Top job, as always.
