Information

Salvage specialists PGC Demolition are currently engaged in an operation to break up the stricken MV Carrier, which was declared a total loss by its owners after it was driven onto the rocks close to the Raynes Quarry jetty on 3 April.

  1. It occurs to me that the sea defenses did their job…unfortunately. I am glad you are following up on this series. The photos are beautiful and informative. Oddly enough, every time I see the arch in the background, I am reminded of a rainbow—I hope that bodes well for the future.
