You must have hugged yourself with delight when you first saw these come up a proper size on your screen. These photos have a 3D quality about them, too. I was proper impressed with the first shot, but then the second grew and became closer as I scrolled down…magnificent…great cropping, light and depth. Then I zero-ed Dinorwig in the Peris/Padarn shot and squinted to get a better look. Finally, the shot of poor old Snowdon, noble under the weight of all those boots and trains. For me, this is one of your best ever sets.
Thanks, Iain. Glad you liked them. As you have guessed, the panoramic shots do look so much better full screen. Unfortunately the resized versions for inclusion in the blog don’t really do them justice.
