    • Very glad you like them, Rebecca! It is quite a small botanic garden and they only have a few clumps of bamboo – they do nevertheless make me visualise scenes from films of wonderful bamboo forests….

  1. That’s a cool bamboo, with those flaring nodes, and you made beautiful images of it. You know I’m jealous – ah, for an afternoon at a botanic garden! I love the dried tips on the leaves in the background of the first photo, so nicely balanced with that gorgeous stem. Each image is beautifully composed.
