Information: The Scottish knight, hero and martyr, Sir William Wallace (c 1270 – 1305) is commemorated by this 67 metre tower standing on Abbey Craig in Stirling. The Victorian Gothic edifice was erected at a cost of £18,000 and was completed in 1869.
