Coetmor Church is an Anglican chapel of ease. Its churchyard is adjecent to the nonconformist burial ground Coetmor Cemetery.

The small chapel was built in 1911 by the Robertson family in memory of their youngest son Charles Donald Robertson, who fell on Glyder Fach in March 1910, aged 30 years old. Charles was a grandson of the Reverend F W Roberston, known as ‘Robertson of Brighton’ and one of the most famous Anglican preachers of the 19th century

  1. These beautiful images show great respect for the subject – whatever religion or philosophy you may adhere to, it’s clear that you care about this space. The lead image of the gate is particularly touching and vivid. Beautiful light on the chained gate, too, and the chairs inside the church.
